West Schedule

HOW TO REGISTER

TO REGISTER... Please find the appropriate program. Complete, sign and return your registration along with at least 50% of tuition to reserve space in class. You may use a credit card and register via phone, or fax your form to 608-829-0003 (West) or 608-245-9566 (East). (Please call to confirm receipt.)

FEES, DISCOUNTS AND TERMS OF PAYMENT... You may pay 50% of your balance at registration with the remainder due 30 days after classes begin. If need be, talk with us about more flexibility in payment... or jot a note with your registraton form. Refunds, less a $25 administrative fee are available before the session begins. Tuition is a session rate, due in full, and not refundable after classes begin.

MAKE UPS... We attempt to offer make ups for illness, snow days, etc. but are limited by class size and the registration. Madtown Twisters closes for inclement weather whenever Madison schools close for the full day.

WHAT TO WEAR, WHAT TO DO... Please come dressed for class. There are no changing rooms. There are hooks for coats and personal belongings. Gym bags fit under the bench in the gym. Please wear a leotard or shorts and t-shirt with socks or bare feet. Warm ups are ok No jewelry, metal snaps, street clothes or dance apparel. Please do not bring valuables to class. Although it seldom is a problem, Madtown Twisters can assume no liability for items misplaced, forgotten, or stolen.
